How Needle Valve Works:
The spindle ends in the tampered needle that is moving into the electric needle valve seat. So that, the valve can be able to prevent fluid flow with it. The in & out motion of the needle of the valve is managed by the spindle that is operated with the hand wheels. The liquids & gasses will turn ninety degrees, which go through the valve and it will pass via the orifice. The placement of the cone can change the size of the orifice of the solenoid valve flow control according to the seat.
The needle-type plunger is on the screw end, so the plunger will be retracted when the screw is turned, then the fluid flow will be possible between the plunger & the seat. The flow of liquids and gasses will be applied to the plunger until the plunger is retracted. A few properly threaded stems have a slow linear movement, so many are required for the complete flow section, making the electric needle valve suitable for managing the flow.
